“L'attenzione al cliente è sicuramente uno dei punti forti della struttura, che pure è ben curata e confortevole. Personale sempre sorridente e attento ad ogni minima necessità. Ottimo soggiorno. Forse un po' tranquillo...fuori dall'hotel non c'è nulla e ci vogliono circa 15 minuti a piedi per raggiungere un po' di vita, ma nel complesso tutto bene. Camere ben pulite e ben arredate.”

Let down by poor evening meal (frozen or very poo cuts of tuna) and some staff members being just off with you, would say even rude. Shame has lots of potential.
